About this market
Czech prices average €97/MWh, below most of central Europe, and fall below zero on nearly three days in ten — one of the highest shares on the continent. Baseload from the Temelín and Dukovany nuclear plants meets a grid that also absorbs German solar across the border, and the combination pushes the price down hard in the middle of sunny days.
