About this market
Bulgaria trades on IBEX and sits in the upper third of European prices, averaging €108/MWh since 2024. It is one of the few Balkan markets where prices go below zero at all — about one day in eleven — which is what coupling with a solar-heavy neighbourhood looks like from the inside.
